Fern Hollow — Hollow Privacy Pledge
Last updated: June 2025
The hollow is a sheltered place — quiet, private, and undisturbed. Fern Hollow treats your session the same way. Nothing personal passes through our records. This pledge is our full and honest account of that promise.
What the hollow shelters
The hollow shelters nothing of yours. No visitor's record, no seasonal log, no device footprint is pressed into the soil of our database. You rest in the hollow and leave no mark.
Hollow conditions (server logs)
Like a nature reserve's routine conditions report, our servers may automatically note: browser type, device category, and a masked IP fragment. These notes confirm the hollow is accessible. They record weather, not visitors.
No disturbance
Fern Hollow introduces no advertising disturbances, no behavioural analytics intrusions, and no third-party surveillance into the undergrowth. The hollow is undisturbed.
The field guide (Google Fonts)
Our typefaces are drawn from Google Fonts. Your browser's request to Google may include your IP. Their pledge governs what they note at that junction.
Young nature lovers
Fern Hollow is a gentle, restorative game for all ages. No violent content, no gambling, no age restrictions. Every young naturalist is welcome in the hollow. We collect nothing from any visitor.
Pledge renewal
Should our practices change, this pledge will be renewed and redated. Continued visits after any renewal mean you accept the updated terms.
